RGC (www.rgc24.com ) is a family owned and well respected fire & water -- cleanup and restoration company in Highland Park, IL and has an immediate need for a superstar Administrative Assistant. This position has high visibility, as it provides the first impression of the Company to callers, visitors, vendors, and partners.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
Manage and update Third Party Administrative program files.
Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs and customer satisfaction activities.
Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking.
Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties for completion.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with considerable autonomy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 2007, which includes Word, Excel, Quickbooks and Outlook.
Programs Xactimate, IMACC Clear Claim, HSG Codeblue.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client satisfaction outlook.
A professional, positive, and customer service-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
Bi Lingual a plus
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years of progressive office support experience in the Emergency Disaster Restoration Industry
